    Job Description

    D&A Head of Pre-Sales and Solutions:?Drive the overall pre-sales and solutions charter for the Data and Analytics Horizontal Business unit in line with company?s strategy and vision, work closely with the Delivery and Sales leadership across the HBUs and IBUs.?Build a high performing solutions and consulting data team that is up to date with market trends, data application tools and platforms, who will be responsible for writing high quality proposals, solution architectures, and spear head consulting assignments and POCs for new engagements, prospects.?Technology Evaluation: Stay current with emerging data and analytics technologies and make informed decisions about which tools and platforms to adopt.?Build deep competencies in certain commonly used technologies and tools to support clients and delivery teams address complex technical issues.?Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with Industry business leaders to understand their data and analytics needs, and ensure that the CoE's initiatives align with those requirements.?Innovation and Research: Encourage a culture of innovation within the CoE, exploring new methods and technologies to improve data analysis and generate insights.?Training and Development: Provide training and mentorship to team members to enhance their skills and keep them updated on industry best practices.?Manage the pricing and margins of bids / proposals in line with the approved budgets and rate cards for D&A Service line.?Revisit / revise the rate card for various roles ? skills ? complexity and levels, to stay competitive w.r.t market benchmarks.?Support and Report on Operational Budgets across Travel, Billable/Non-Billable Pool, Targets vs Actuals, Revenue Budget Target vs Revenue Actuals, Margins, and Cost.?Lead responses for strategic RFPs, POVs & proactive proposals, creating impactful content & differentiation.?Collaborate with D&A Sales Lead to drive proposal completion and client presentation (orals).?Understand client problem statement and expectations to define solutioning, estimation and pricing for proposals. ?Work with platform/tool partners as needed to support solutioning and create differentiation.?Build relationships with Industry BU Leaders and Industry BU Sales Team across Banking and Financials, Travel, Transport, and Hospitality, Insurance, Healthcare, Public Sector, Retail etc. and work with Bid Management team, Industry BUs and other Horizontal BUs for key deals.?Conduct researc
