Responsibilities and Duties
A student Counselor is a very integral part of Alchemist Team. His/Her primary responsibilities would be as follows (but not limited to...)

Interact with students and family members and explain about the benefits of Alchemist MBA / UG Entrance prep program.
Convince and Enroll students for the program.
Coordinate with Different stakeholders and facilitate query resolution for Students and his family.
Systematically maintain student data at every stage and follow through process.
Work hand in hand with different stakeholders to maintain a smooth flow of student acquisition process.

Required Experience and Qualifications

Graduate and above. Must have 1-3 years of work experience with student counseling, sales or direct customer dealing profile.
Extremely comfortable with English and Hindi language. Proficiency in spoken English. Should be comfortable with working on computer.
Extremely confident with interactions.
Good at recording and maintaining student data and follow ups on CRM
A go getter with willingness to learn new processes and collaborate with multifunction to execute strategies from acquiring to enrolling students.

Job Types:
Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary:
₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
