Roles & Responsibilities:

Client Servicing (Primary) :_
Be the main point of contact between the agency and clients.
Analyze competitors and target markets to create innovative solutions.
Conduct client meetings (online/offline) for presentations and idea discussions.
Collaborate with colleagues to plan and execute digital media solutions.
Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Manage financial aspects with clients, including estimates and collections.
Maintain daily communication with clients and internal teams.
Handle multiple campaigns under tight deadlines.
Stay updated on advertising trends and consumer data.
Pre Sales :_
Engage with new inquiries and lead the sales process.
Understand client requirements to propose tailored solutions.
Research client products/services and target markets for Digital Marketing Plans.
Stay current with digital marketing trends.
Conduct client briefings, pitches, and proposal presentations.
Proactively follow up with clients for approvals.
Provide responsive support for client queries.

Additional Requirements for Operations Assistant:

Collaborate with our sales and account management teams to smoothly transition clients from the onboarding phase to campaign execution.
Gather all necessary client information, requirements, and assets to kickstart campaigns effectively.
Liaise with the Team to ensure campaign setup is accurate and on schedule.
Be the point of contact for clients, providing updates on campaign progress and addressing any concerns or inquiries.
Monitor campaign performance, ensuring it aligns with client goals and optimizing as needed.
Get onboarded clients campaign planned and executed.
Act as a problem solver, identifying and addressing any issues that may arise during the campaign execution process.
Maintain clear and organized records of campaign details, timelines, and client interactions.
Provide regular reports to management on the status of client onboarding and campaign execution.
Proficient in general accounting and MS Office.
Excellent English communication skills.
Strong organizational skills.

Skills:

Essential knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and digital marketing terminology.
Strong communication skills English (written and verbal) & Hindi (Verbal).
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Strong presentation skills.
