Ensure a clear understanding of the issues.

Keep customers informed about the status of their vehicles during the service process.

Recommend additional services or preventive maintenance based on vehicle condition.

Educate customers on the importance of regular maintenance.

Perform quality checks on completed work to ensure it meets the required standards.
