Elephant in the Room Consulting (EITHR) is an early-stage mental health start-up that aims to build mental health awareness and education in corporate workforces and engage with organizations to promote well-being at the workplace.


Position:
Market Research intern


Reports To:
Founder, EITHR


Based at:
Mumbai, Maharashtra


Duration of engagement:
Three months


Description:

Work closely with the founder of EITHR to provide market research, support and recommendations to inform product development.


Roles and Responsibilities -

  • Ensure comprehensive primary and secondary research for developing EITHRs flagship product
  • Collect data on consumers, competitors and market place and consolidate information into actionable items, reports and presentations
  • Understand business objectives and design surveys to discover the target audience and prospective customers' preferences
  • Provide competitive analysis on various companies' market offerings, identify market trends, pricing/business models, sales and methods of operation
  • Interpret data, formulate reports and make recommendations
  • Remain fully informed on market trends, other parties researches and implement best practices

Qualification and Experience:


  • MBA/Masters in Marketing or other businessrelated disciplines (can be currently enrolled)

Capabilities:


  • Proven Market Research Analysis experience
  • Ability to interpret large amounts of data and to multitask
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Search engines, web analytics and business research tools acumen
