    Description
    Role and Responsibilities:
    • The successful candidate will collaborate with different business groups to develop the Talent & HR strategy that complements business strategy.
    • Drive organizational resource plans, talent reviews, succession plans, high-potential individual development plans, and performance management for assigned business units.
    • Plan and conduct performance review processes following company policies.
    • Facilitate annual and mid-year talent review plans aligned with business goals, anticipating future talent needs and ensuring effective follow-up.
    • Minimize critical attrition losses by establishing proactive processes, relationships, and early warning systems.
    • Provide HR guidance to line management as needed.
    • Analyze trends and metrics with the HR group to develop solutions, programs, and policies.
    • Manage complex employee relations issues and conduct thorough investigations.
    • Maintain knowledge of legal requirements, reducing risks, ensuring compliance, and collaborating with the legal department when necessary.
    • Offer day-to-day performance management guidance to line management.
    • Collaborate with management and employees to enhance work relationships, morale, productivity, and retention.
    • Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation.
    • Develop contract terms for new hires, promotions, and transfers.
    • Give input on business unit restructures, workforce planning, and succession planning.
    • Identify training needs and provide executive coaching.
    • Participate in the evaluation of training programs and monitor their success.
    • Perform other related duties as assigned.
    • Analyze employee turnover trends and engagement surveys, recommending interventions supported by data.
    • Drive engagement initiatives to boost productivity and foster highly engaged teams.
    • Implement culture-building initiatives for a high-performance culture.
    • Address various employee relations issues with fairness and adherence to policies.
    • Resolve employee escalations promptly within the policy framework.
    • Collaborate with the HR team to ensure timely delivery of all HR processes.
    Educational & Experience Required:
    • Post Grad in Human Resources from a reputable MBA School.
    • 5-10 years of solid HR experience with exposure to robust HR processes.
    • Startup experience is preferred.
    • Demonstrated creativity and innovation in previous roles.
