Description
Roles &Responsibilities:
Audit and Compliance Management:
Develop and executecomprehensive audit plans to assess the effectiveness ofquality
management systems process controls andcompliance with regulatory standards.
Conduct internalaudits to evaluate adherence to established procedures identifyareas of
noncompliance and recommend corrective actionsas necessary.
Coordinate external audits by regulatoryagencies customers and thirdparty certification
bodiesensuring timely response to audit findings and implementation ofcorrective
measures.
Process Controls and Documentation:
Establishand maintain robust process controls to monitor key qualityparameters
production processes and productspecifications.
Develop and update standard operatingprocedures (SOPs) work instructions and quality
manualsto ensure alignment with industry best practices and regulatoryrequirements.
Implement document control measures tomanage versioning distribution and retention of
qualityrelated documents and records.
Auditing for Quality Assurance:
Manage andlead audits of suppliers vendors and subcontractors to evaluatetheir quality
management systems capabilities andcompliance with contractual requirements.
Review andassess quality performance metrics trends and deviations toidentify
opportunities for improvement and riskmitigation.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams toaddress audit findings implement corrective
actions anddrive continuous improvement initiatives.
Training and Development:
Provide trainingand guidance to employees on quality standards audit proceduresand
compliance requirements to enhance awareness andcompetency.
Foster a culture of accountability integrityand continuous learning within the quality
departmentand across the organization
Regulatory Compliance:
Stay abreast ofrelevant industry regulations standards and guidelines applicableto textiles
manufacturing including but not limited toISO OekoTex and other quality certifications.
Ensurecompliance with environmental health and safety regulationspromoting
sustainable practices and responsiblemanufacturing processes.
Leadership and Team Management:
Lead andmentor the audit and compliance team providing strategic directionsupport and
performance feedback to achieve departmentalgoals and objectives.
Foster a collaborative andinclusive work environment that promotes teamworkinnovation
and professional growth.
Qualification &Experience:
Bachelor degree in TextileEngineering Quality Management Industrial Engineering ora
related field. Master degree preferred.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in audit and compliancemanagement within the textiles
manufacturing industrywith at least 5 years in a leadership or managerialrole.
Strong knowledge of quality management principlesaudit methodologies and regulatory
requirementsapplicable to textiles manufacturing.
Proven experiencein developing and implementing audit programs conducting auditsand
managing audit findings to closure.
Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills withthe ability to interact
effectively with internal andexternal stakeholders.
Certification in quality auditing(e.g. CQA ISO Lead Auditor) is highlydesirable.
