    Description

    The role:
    The incumbent willbroadly have the following areas of responsibility:
    Devising and Implementing Performance appraisal system for theorganisation also to
    oversee and manage a performanceappraisal system that drives high performance
    MonitoringHRMS attendance/leave management system and other HR relatedsystems
    Assessing training needs and setting up Trainingcalendar for each department/Employee.
    Organising allevents as per the requirements (Annual Kick off Sponsoring Variousforums
    Employee recognition events etc)
    Managing Companys website and Linked in Profile
    TravelDesk management
    Manging appointment /meeting calendar ofManaging Director & Executive Director and
    theirtravel plans
    Providing HR related MIS as perrequirement
    Manage the recruitment and selectionprocess. Engaging with placement agencies for
    recruitments
    Coordinating with Payroll agency
    Develop programs to enhance employee relations and offer employeesupport to each staff
    member
    Ensure that thenew hire orientation process properly introduces new employees tothe
    corporate culture
    Come up with new waysto measure employee morale and determine methods forimproving
    overall employee satisfaction
    Ensuring Compliances related to various Acts related to employmentapplicable to the
    organisation
    Develop andimplement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overallbusiness
    strategy


    Essentialexperience/qualities:
    MBA in HR
    Experience of7 to 10 Years in handing aforesaid role

    2Essential behavioural attributes:

    Provenworking experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive
    People oriented and results driven
    Demonstrableexperience with Human Resources metrics
    Knowledge of HRsystems and databases
    Competence to build andeffectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels ofthe
    company
    Proficient in MS Excel PowerPoint and Word.
