    Job Overview

    We are looking for a talented and driven B2B Lead Specialist to join our team at Doris Infotech. As a B2B Lead Specialist, you will be responsible for generating leads and driving business growth through effective marketing strategies. This is a full-time position based in Surat, Gujarat, India. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience in B2B marketing.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • 1-3 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in the software development industry.
    • Strong knowledge of B2B marketing strategies and tactics, including email marketing, social media marketing, and SEO optimization.
    • Experience with lead generation and lead nurturing techniques.
    • Proficiency in using marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to track and measure the impact of marketing campaigns.
    • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Generate new leads through various marketing channels, including email marketing, social media marketing, and SEO optimization.
    • Manage and nurture existing leads to convert them into sales opportunities.
    • Develop and execute B2B marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive customer engagement.
    • Closely monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for business growth.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and product development, to ensure alignment in marketing strategies.
    • Analyze and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
    • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in B2B marketing to enhance overall marketing efforts.
