    Job Overview

    We are seeking a skilled and experienced Client Relationships Senior to join our team at Indus Group Inc. As a Client Relationships Senior, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients. This role requires excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of client needs, and the ability to provide exceptional customer service.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
    • 7-10 years of experience in client relationship management or a similar role
    • Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships and exceeding client expectations
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
    • Ability to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions
    • Knowledge of industry trends and best practices
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
    • Proficiency in CRM software

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their main point of contact
    • Understand client needs and requirements, and provide appropriate solutions
    • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services
    • Guide clients in making informed decisions and provide consultancy on industry trends and best practices
    • Monitor client satisfaction and address any concerns or issues
    • Strategize and implement initiatives to enhance client loyalty and retention
    • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services to existing clients
    • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to generate new business leads
    • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and competitive landscape
