*Respond to customer queries via voice, understand & provide solution
*Identify customer needs
*Maintain quality communication
*Monitor customer complaints and reach out to provide assistance
*Inform customers about new features and functionalities
*Gather customer feedback and share with respective team
*Maintain records

Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
