    Description

    Job Purpose:

    Collaborating with the Sales Team, the Presales Consultant is responsible for providing presales technical support to the Sales team. This includes delivering tailored demonstrations or qualification discussions to customers/prospects. Additionally, the Presales Consultant assists in qualifying opportunities and contributing to the expansion of existing ones through thorough questioning. Conducting Technical Proof of Concept, Demonstrations, and Presentations on supported products/solutions also form part of the role.

    Responsibilities:

    • Support Account and Product Managers in qualifying opportunities by offering presales technical support, handling wide-ranging brands, and taking ownership of simpler ones.
    • Deliver product demonstrations to customers and business partners, providing essential pre-sales technical support.
    • Assist in training partners on product solutions, under the guidance of seniors.
    • Refine technical RFP and RFI responses, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
    • Facilitate customer demonstrations and presentations effectively.
    • Manage technical validation events (POC) and associated assets efficiently.
    • Collaborate with Pre-sales consultants to support PM in setting regular BOM (Bill of Materials).
    • Participate in relevant conferences, shows, and exhibitions as requested.
    • Fulfill other assigned duties diligently.

    Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

    • Possess 1 to 3 Years of pertinent work experience.
    • Required Education: Associate Degree in IT-related programs.
    • Capable of executing instructions and seeking clarification when necessary.
    • Proficient in basic mathematical calculations and effective communication.
    • Adaptability to change, quick learning, and adeptness with new systems/technology.
