    Job summary:

    At Qualitia, we've experienced a strong period of growth as the direct result of increased efficiency and productivity. To continue this trajectory, we're searching for a Lead Generation Consultant to be part of our CEO's office.

    As a Business Relationship – CEO's Office, you'll lead existing and new customer interactions, taking full ownership of client relationships and ensuring smooth communication channels. Your strategic approach and consultative mindset will drive value creation and sustainability for our clients.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Engage actively in customer calls / meetings and identify key decision-makers in attendance.
    • Leverage your expertise in lead generation to foster ongoing, open communication and impactful dialogue with prospective, new, and current customers.
    • Conduct thorough research of the prospective customer/s to compile dossiers for CEO meetings, ensuring a comprehensive grasp of their business, provide insights of key decision-makers, their business needs and set up follow up call/s with Qualitia's CEO.
    • Collaborate closely with the lead generation agency / sales team to gain insights into the leads pipeline and evaluate the stage of development to plan meetings / discussions.

    Qualifications and Skills:

    • 7+ years of proven experience in lead generation / business development, preferably in the software industry.
    • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
