Job Summary:

The Renewal Management DealSupport Specialist will report to (Proposed

  • Rev Ops Local Manager) and sit within our growing Global Renewal Management team, supporting our Renewal Managers. This high impact role will give you an opportunity to drive CyberArk's Renewal and SaaS/Subscription Business transformation and play a critical role in our scaling and growth initiatives for the future.


You will work closely with the regional Renewal Management team to generate and validate customer renewal quotations in order to drive critical growth initiatives and assist our scalability for the future.

You will play a critical role in the customer data gathering process and validate information which will help drive deal velocity and forecast accuracy.

While this is not a customer facing role, it is an essential part of our customer lifecycle journey.

You will be part of an evolving team which will grow as the needs of the organization change and our customer support needs change.

This is a growth role which is a great step toward a customer facing selling role.


You will partner cross-functionally with a diverse set of stakeholders within Revenue Operations, Billing and Finance, IT, front-line Renewal and Sales teams, among others - all with the unified goal of enabling CyberArk's Renewal transformation.


Responsibilities:


  • Generate multiple renewal quotations for future customer expirations and to drive growth initiatives
  • Validate data accuracy of quotations and SFDC opportunities to ensure accurate forecasting
  • Accurately document findings and activities for smooth internal handoffs
  • Review contractual terms to ensure they are accurately reflected on a renewal proposal
  • Generate quote iterations and customer growth needs are identified
  • Review customer utilization reports to help identify growth and risk opportunities
  • Identify new needs of the organization and help implement them within the team
  • Work with crossfunctional operations teams and lines of business to standardize best practices and achieve operational efficiency/standardization.

Requirements:


  • Written and verbal English communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business related field, 23 years of experience in a Sales/Renewal Sales/Administrative functions
  • Prior experience in SFDC Quoting tools required, experience with renewals a plus
  • Proven ability to thrive in an openended, selfdirected, and crossfunctional role; work in a dynamic environment, and adapt quickly to changing priorities
  • Strong attention to detail and
- strategic thinker and problem solver with exceptional attention to detail and troubleshooting skills; Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical people

  • Selfstarter with strong work ethic and a desire to learn and be challenged Personable and outgoing
- able to work as a member of a small team, as well as with peers and stakeholders across varying departments, globally

  • A smart, bold but humble attitude to work collaboratively with CyberArkers across the organization.
