This full-time paid Internship is with the National Alumni Impact team to design engagement initiatives that enable Teach For India Alumni to stay connected with each other and the organization.

The scope of work will also include logístical support with executing these initiatives nationally.

The intern will play a crucial role in conducting the vertical's annual Alumni Engagement Study and will conduct interviews, document, and analyse/synthesise the data on the impact of such initiatives on Alumni engagement.

The duration of the internship will be a period of
2 months.


Team Overview:


The Alumni Impact team at Teach For India is working closely on building a movement of people who advocate and act collectively for educational equity.

Our team focuses on curating opportunities for the Alumni network to connect, learn and collaborate.


Responsibilities:


  • Design engagement initiatives that ensure Teach For India Alumni stay connected with each other and the organization
  • Coordinate recurring Alumni virtual events to ensure maximum participation
  • Conduct participant interviews for the Alumni Engagement study to assess the health of the Alumni movement
  • Document, analyse, and synthesise qualitative and quantitative data on Alumni Engagement
  • Analyse research findings and develop presentations, dashboards, models, infographics, and other items to support effective decisionmaking.

Minimum Qualifications, Experiences and Expectations:


  • Proficient research skills (primary and secondary) with experience in report writing
  • Strong data and analytical skills (excellent Excel skills, data/evidence gathering, analysis and interpretation, hypotheses framing and validation) and research capabilities
  • Excellent oral and written English communication skills
  • Rigor and attention to detail
  • Time management and flexibility to accommodate multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong project management skills and ability to take complete ownership of projects
