Description
The TFIx Intern helps in building awareness about TFIx on social media platforms and leads media campaigns to
reach the relevant audience. Additionally, the intern will also aid in research, documentation, and resource
management related to the TFIx program and recruitment.


Team Overview:

The team consists of the TFIx Lead, Enabler Team, and Program and Alumni team. This role will require you to
work closely with the Enablers team. Although there are clearly defined roles & responsibilities, working for an
incubator means that we are always ready to support each other across verticals whenever the need arises.

The role requires a commitment of 6 months full time (6-8 hours per day) with TFIx to build awareness, create
content for marketing, build a resource bank for the TFIx program and support other Enabler tasks
(Recruitment, Selections, Research, etc.).


Responsibilities:

Primary responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

Communications and Marketing

  • Managing TFIx's social media presence and driving audience engagement through an effective content
marketing strategy

  • Monitoring and analyzing social media metrics and campaign outcomes to create actionable learnings
  • Planning brand campaigns from ideation to execution w.r.t creative idea, visual design and copy
  • Creating PR opportunities for TFIx with traditional as well as digital media outlets
  • Managing the TFIx website with updated information
  • Liasoning with the TFIx Program Team to get stories and ground updates for communications and
Identify innovative formats to tell the stories of key stakeholders

  • Work individually or with relevant stakeholders to develop a resource bank for TFIx Entrepreneurs using
Google sites


Recruitment & Selections/Research

  • Coplan and coexecute recruitment communication strategy to achieve goals to increase brand visibility
on social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Newsletter)

  • Support the team with creating inspiring content to inform, invest, and inspire a pool of potential
program through research

  • Monitoring and tracking progress toward recruitment goals through data analysis.

Minimum Qualifications, Experiences and Expectations:


  • Experience in working on Communications design
  • Experience or understanding of branding and brand management
  • Open to learning and being a transparent communicator
  • Demonstrated experience managing social media platforms and understanding of online audience
behavior

  • Open to creative ideation and excited to try new creative approaches
  • Open to collaborating with people and building partnerships with different stakeholders
  • Good with planning and prioritizing
