Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and creative In-House Influencer Marketing Specialist to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for devising influencer marketing strategies, identifying and collaborating with influencers, and ensuring the successful execution of influencer campaigns.

Your goal will be to leverage influencer partnerships to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and overall brand image.


Responsibilities:


  • Develop Influencer Marketing Strategies: Work closely with the marketing team to create effective influencer marketing strategies aligned with clients' objectives and target audiences.

Onboard Influencers:
Research and identify relevant influencers across various social media platforms, including Instagram, Youtube, and others. Cultivate relationships with influencers and onboard them for brand collaborations.

  • Campaign Management: Take ownership of influencer campaigns from planning to execution. Coordinate with influencers, ensuring they have a clear understanding of campaign goals and deliverables.
  • Content Collaboration: Collaborate with influencers and content creators to conceptualize and create engaging and authentic content that aligns with the brand's messaging.

Analyze Campaign Performance:
Track and measure the performance of influencer campaigns using relevant metrics and analytics tools. Provide regular reports and insights to clients and internal stakeholders.

  • Budget Management: Manage the budget allocated for influencer marketing campaigns, ensuring efficient utilization to achieve campaign objectives.
  • Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with influencers, acting as the main point of contact for communication and ensuring a positive collaboration experience.

Industry Trends:

Stay up-to-date with the latest influencer marketing trends, best practices, and emerging social media platforms to continuously improve campaign strategies.

Functional Collaboration:

Collaborate with other teams within the company, such as creative, content, and client servicing, to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.


Requirements:


  • Proven experience (23 years) in influencer marketing or a related field, preferably inhouse (Beauty/Skin Industry Preferred).
  • Strong network of influencer contacts and demonstrated success in identifying and engaging with influencers.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build strong relationships with influencers and clients.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to track and measure campaign performance and use datadriven insights to optimize strategies.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for social media, influencer trends, and content creation.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms and influencer marketing tools.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Salary:
₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
