Job Descriptions:

  • Handle all corporate legal processes (e.g. intellectual property, mergers & acquisitions, financial/securities offerings, compliance issues, transactions, agreements, lawsuits, patents).
  • Collaborate with management to devise efficient defense strategies.
  • Develop company policy and position on legal issues.
  • Research, anticipate and guard company against legal risks.
  • Guide managers and ensure compliance with rules and regulations.
  • Structure, draft and review reports and other legal documents.
  • Deal with complex matters with multiple stakeholders and forces
  • Provide clarification on legal language or specifications to everyone in the organization
  • Negotiate deals and attend company meetings.

Requirements:


  • Must be Law Graduate with at least 2 Years of experience of working in to corporate legal department.
  • Excellent knowledge and understanding of corporate law and procedures.
  • Full comprehension of the influences of the external environment of a corporation.
  • Demonstrated ability to create legal defensive or proactive strategies.
  • High degree of professional ethics and integrity.
  • Sound judgement and ability to analyze situations and information.
  • Excellent command on English language, especially rules of syntax, punctuation, and grammar.
  • Readiness for minimum 3 years of commitment.

Salary:
₹35, ₹80,000.00 per month
