Role Overview:

The Operations & Finance Executive at Dabble embodies an entrepreneurial spirit, orchestrating operational efficiency while maintaining a meticulous grip on financial matters.

With a focus on maintaining our toxin-free standards and quality benchmarks, this role demands a results-oriented mindset, strong leadership, and the ability to foster a collaborative work environment.


Key Responsibilities:


Operations:


  • Oversee quality control measures, ensuring that all art products consistently meet our toxinfree standards and quality benchmarks.
  • Manage endtoend inventory processes, including tracking incoming and outgoing inventory, returns, and accurate recordkeeping.
  • Maintain thorough records of invoices, petty cash transactions, and petty cash bills, fostering financial transparency and accuracy.
  • Track and manage raw material orders, collaborating closely with courier partners to ensure timely deliveries and efficient stock movement.
  • Collaborate with courier partners to facilitate package pickups and returns, maintaining comprehensive records of returns and reasons.
  • Evaluate team performance regularly, providing constructive feedback and guidance to promote continuous improvement.
  • Resolve employee issues, disputes, and operational gaps, cultivating a supportive and harmonious work environment.
  • Take a lead role in training new team members, ensuring their preparedness to excel in their roles.
  • Enforce adherence to company policies and procedures, serving as a model of a strong work ethic.

Finance:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date bookkeeping records to ensure financial accuracy and transparency

  • Generate invoices for online business and vendors, facilitating smooth financial transactions.
  • Handle payment reconciliations and verify the accuracy of financial transactions.
  • Manage refund reconciliations and respond to customer inquiries regarding refunds.
  • Prepare and validate bills for accuracy prior to processing payments.
  • Generate sales reports and analyze key financial metrics to support decisionmaking.
  • Monitor accounts receivable and outstanding payments, taking proactive steps for timely resolution.
  • Track and manage outstanding claims, actively working toward timely resolution.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, Finance, or a related field. MBA or relevant certifications are advantageous.
  • 1 + years of experience in operations and finance roles, preferably within consumer products or ecommerce.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive and resultsdriven approach.
  • Proficiency in financial management software such as Tally and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration across teams.

Salary:

₹20, ₹22,000.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

  • Yearly bonus

  • Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
