    Job description:

    We are looking for a dynamic Content Executive to join our team. The primary focus of this role is to coordinate with content creators/ influencers, develop engaging social media content, and create compelling blog content. The ideal candidate should have 1-2 years of relevant experience in content creation, with a passion for travel, storytelling, and digital marketing.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate closely with content creators to develop creative concepts and execute content strategies for social media platforms, including Instagram and YouTube.
    • Create engaging reel scripts for Instagram and other social media platforms to enhance audience engagement and increase brand awareness.
    • Manage content calendars and ensure timely delivery of content across all social media platforms.
    • Analyze Instagram performance metrics, including reach, engagement, and conversions, to track content effectiveness and optimize future strategies.
    • Stay updated with industry trends, social media algorithms, and best practices to continuously improve content performance and maximize audience reach.
    • Work with cross-functional teams to align content strategies with overall marketing objectives and brand messaging.
    • Monitor competitors' social media strategies and identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
    • Collaborate closely with the content intern to execute ideas and work with the content manager and content assistant manager to devise strategies.

    Requirements:

    • 1-2 years of experience in content creation, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry.
    • Strong writing and proofreading skills with impeccable grammar and attention to detail.
    • Proficiency in developing creative concepts and writing compelling copy for different platforms.
    • Experience in coordinating with content creators and agencies.
    • Knowledge of SEO principles and content optimization techniques.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
