    Ozone Overseas has recently secured substantial growth funding of INR 250 crore from Nuvama Private Equity in 2023. This infusion of capital will play a pivotal role in supporting the company's expansion plans and driving its ongoing growth trajectory.

    CTC Range - 3-5 LPA

    Designation - Sales Executive/Sr. Executive

    Department - Kitchen & Furniture Fittings Division

    Job Locations - Bangalore

    Should have minimum 2+ years of relevant experience.

    Roles & Responsibilities:

    • Achieve and exceed sales targets through both direct and channel sales channels within the designated region.
    • Assist in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
    • Support the sales team in achieving individual and team sales targets.
    • Identify and prioritize key channel partners based on their ability to reach target markets, generate leads, and drive revenue growth.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders.
    • Adaptability and resilience to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
    • Commitment to continuous learning and professional development in the field of sales

    Skillset & Qualifications Required:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
    • Strong knowledge of sales techniques, strategies, and best practices.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve targets and goals.
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
    • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Ability to travel within the designated region as needed.
