    Description

    Position Overview:

    We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a background in marketing, and the ability to coordinate efforts across various departments. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our marketing initiatives and ensuring seamless collaboration among different teams.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Coordinate marketing campaigns and projects from inception to completion, ensuring all deliverables are on time and within budget.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for cross-functional teams, including creative, sales, and product development, to ensure alignment on marketing strategies and objectives.
    • Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans, including advertising, promotions, and events.
    • Create and maintain project schedules, task lists, and status reports to track progress and deadlines.
    • Collaborate with external vendors, agencies, and partners to execute marketing initiatives and campaigns.
    • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights.
    • Assist with the creation and editing of marketing collateral, including presentations, brochures, and digital content.
    • Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
    • Support the marketing team in administrative tasks, such as budget tracking, invoice processing, and meeting coordination.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
    • Proven experience in a marketing role, with a strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
    • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
    • Experience with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
    • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
    • Positive attitude and willingness to take on new challenges.

    Job Type : Remote (Work from home)

    Job Timings - Evening and night shift (7 PM to 3 AM IST)
