Within Asia Pacific, Dassault Systemes is spread across 10 countries namely India, Japan, China, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia, Korea, Taiwan and Australia and constitutes of more than 30% 3DS users globally.

3DS R&D Operations & Cyber Security Team is responsible to manage 3DS WW Operations globally. They are also responsible to manage Production & R&D Cloud operations & Cyber Security spread across


Role & Responsibilities

  • As part of this team, you will be responsible for the Dassault Systemes Continuous Delivery DevOps Support for worldwide users.
  • You will respond in critical situations which are connected with aggressive SLA.
  • Root cause analysis to each problem, identification of problem area and communication with impacted users is critical to this profile.
  • Will be working on LINUX and Windows operating system.
  • Deeper analysis and quick response will be mandatory.
  • Related technologies for monitoring and maintaining the cloud platforms and services. You should be able to work well in isolated environment without any additional support.

Qualifications/Experience
years of experience with Bachelor's Degree, MCA, MSc-CS degree.

  • Primary Skills: Good Analytical and debugging skills.
  • Knowledge in UNIX, LINUX command line.
  • Any Scripting like php, shell or python is added advantage
  • Effective communication with R&D users on technical queries. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
