    Job Description:

    We are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive with a strong background in visa consultancy services to join our team. This role involves driving sales, generating leads, maintaining client relationships, and achieving our ambitious growth targets. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of visa processes, particularly for Tourist or Visitor Visas and Student Visas, across the US, the UK, Australia, the Schengen Area, Ireland, and Canada.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1 Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:

    · Proactively identify and approach potential clients to introduce The PARASHARS' visa consultancy services.

    · Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and personalized service.

    · Understand clients' visa requirements and offer tailored solutions to meet their needs.

    · Provide timely updates and assistance to clients throughout the visa application process, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience.

    2 Sales Target Achievement:

    · Set ambitious sales targets in alignment with the organization's business objectives.

    · Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve or exceed targets.

    · Monitor sales performance and take corrective actions as needed to stay on track.

    · Continuously explore new avenues for business development and expansion.

    3 Product Knowledge and Expertise:

    · Possess in-depth knowledge of various non-immigrant visas, including Visitor/Tourist, Student/Study, Dependent/Spouse, and Family Visas.

    · Stay updated with the latest changes in visa regulations, policies, and procedures.

    · Articulate the benefits and advantages of The PARASHARS' visa consultancy services to potential clients with confidence and clarity.

    · Address client queries and concerns regarding visa processes and requirements accurately and comprehensively.

    4 Market Research and Analysis:

    · Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities.

    · Analyze market data and customer feedback to gain insights into client preferences and needs.

    · Use market intelligence to refine sales strategies and tailor offerings to target specific customer segments effectively.

    5 Sales Collateral Development:

    · Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales collateral, such as brochures, presentations, and promotional materials.

    · Ensure all sales collateral accurately reflects The PARASHARS' services, value proposition, and brand identity.

    · Customize sales collateral as needed to address the unique requirements of different client segments.

    6 Lead Generation and Business Development:

    · Identify new business opportunities by monitoring industry trends, participating in industry events, and networking with potential clients.

    · Generate leads through cold calling, online marketing, and partnership development, converting leads into clients by tailoring pitches to their specific needs.

    Eligibility criteria and Skills Required:

    1. Must hold a Bachelor's degree in Business administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

    2. Minimum 02 years of experience in sales, specifically in visa consultancy or related services.

    3. Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the visa consultancy or related industry.

    4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients effectively.

    5. Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities to close deals and overcome objections.

    6. Proficiency in English and MS Office.

    7. Deep understanding of visa processes and visa categories, particularly for US, the UK, Australia, the Schengen Area, and Canada.

    8. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

    9. Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.

    10. Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret market data for informed decision-making.

    11. Proficiency in using sales tools and CRM software to track leads, manage pipelines, and generate reports.
