    Role Summary
    The role supports end to end planning and execution of the benefits -including planning, benchmarking, driving
    adoption, analytics, vendor relationships and plan design. Provide expertise and insight to senior leadership on
    employee benefit program. Administer and coordinate daily operations of employee benefit programs, vendor
    relationships, employee benefits orientation, and maintenance. Make recommendations for enhancement and/or
    changes to employee benefit package based on cost, employee preferences, system capabilities, and strategic
    direction. Manage operational responsibilities to provide customer service to employees and to ensure benefits are
    administered in a cost effective manner.

    Roles & Responsibilities
    Benefits, R&R and Wellness Strategy and Planning
     Develop, recommend and implement changes in benefit, wellness and rewards and recognition plans in line
    with firm strategy and employee experience goals. Support management's decision-making process by
    analyzing benefit options and predicting future costs.
     Successfully drive benefits design and adoption such as Insurance (GMC, GTL, and GPA)
     Review existing and design new wellness (Be well, work well) programs to support lifestyle and sustenance
    challenges.
     Drive the firm's reward and recognition agenda – refine and improve as per market trends and stakeholder
    feedback.
    External Benefits Benchmarking
     Work on benefits benchmarking exercise for India and Bangladesh - participation in benefits surveys
    including recommendations on comparator baskets, scope of benefits to be covered. Recommend benefits
    programs to management by studying employee requirements, trends, and developments in benefits offered
    by other organizations.
     Bring in focus on newer benefits in areas such as flexibility and Inclusion & Diversity etc
     Seek employee feedback and pulse on benefits preferences and issues within the firm
     Keep abreast to market trends on new benefit practices, bring in proposals for changes from time to time
     Gap Analysis: Collation and analysis of multiple sources of benchmarks and data to derive insights
    Employee Experience & Benefits Adoption:
     Partner with employee experience team to drive befit awareness and increase benefits adoption
     Leverage benefits reporting and analysis to come up adoption strategies, campaigns or plan redesign ideas
     Participate in employee orientation meetings.
     Enabling proper utilization of existing and new benefits.
    Benefits Operations:
     Work with HC Operations team to Advise and provide excellent customer service to employees on benefit
    related issues. Transition L1 andL2 query handling to operations team.
     Monthly Benefits Reporting: Analyse Mediclaim- Claim pattern, number of issues, demographic wise cuts.
    Wellness, ICAS, Doctor 24*7- activities, utilization, key highlights with HC Analytics team for monthly
    reporting
     Ensures compliance with central and state legal requirements by studying existing laws and regulations and
    updates to legal requirements.
    Vendor Management:
     Evaluate and manage relationships with vendors, consultants, and third party administrators to ensure
    efficient plan administration.
     Partner with healthcare or wellness providers to create programs, incentives, informational literature, etc. to
    help control the cost of benefits by creating opportunities for employees to become healthier.

    Other
     Policy Management – Review, create and update summary plan descriptions and applicable policies to
    ensure accuracy of plan documents.
     Work on Internal Audit requirements as needed
     Acting as a CoE for key stakeholders like Performance Management team leaders, BU HCs and other COEs
    for addressing Compensation and Benefits concerns/queries
    Desired Skills-

     Advanced Excel and modeling skills
     Project Management and Data Analytics skills, Insight generation and eye for detail
     Cultural sensitivity and the ability to build effective relationship with stakeholders across different groups –
    HC, Business, Vendors and External Firms
     Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills (written presentation of technical and analytical work is key)
     Awareness and understanding of external environments in which the firm operates, e.g. legal, statutory and
    regulatory from a compensation and benefits perspective

    Mandatory Skill Set- Compensation & benefit, External Benefits Benchmarking , Wellness Strategy
    Preferred Skill Set- Compensation & benefit, External Benefits Benchmarking , Wellness Strategy
    Year of experience required- 9-11 years, out of which 2-3 years in Compensation & Benefits
    Qualifications- Graduation in any stream, MBA in HR
