    Telecom Billing Development- Revenue Assurance


    The Job :

    Roles & Responsibilities :

    • Development/implementation experience in Revenue Assurance products like Subex Hypersense, ROC RA, ROC FM, Mobileum (WeDo) RAID, Amdocs (Cvidya) Money Map, Fraud View etc.
    • Engage in all phases of Agile sprint which includes planning, requirement gathering and analysis, development & testing solution build using RAFM COTS packages.
    • Creating new data models for decoders, loading, validation & dashboard in all modules of COTS Package.
    • Participate in design meetings and consult with clients to refine the business needs.
    • Will be responsible for design and development core functionalities like ETL loading and validations of business data in COTS Package.
    • Manage Revenue Assurance & Fraud Management Operational activities working in a DevOps Team

    Your Profile :

    • 4 to 10 years of experience in RA & FMS end to end solution implementation.
    • 4+ years of experience in development of Revenue Assurance/Fraud Management Solution using any COTS packages.
    • Good Communication Skill & Client interaction experience
    • Very good requirement gathering & documentation knowledge.
    • Experience in RBV (Rating and Billing Validation) is essential.
    • Very good understanding on Telecom Revenue Assurance Domain.
    • Very good understanding on Telecom Fraud modules and rules.
    • Very Good understanding of new frauds happening in Telecom industry.
    • Should be able to analyze and convert business requirement in SDD/HLD/BRS/SRS/LLD and design documents.
    • Install, customize, and integrate COTS package with systems like mediation, billing, CRM, Data warehouse etc.
    • Should be well versed in design and development of new ETL flows in COTS packages
    • RA/FM control.
    • Should have knowledge of design and development of different validations rule working in COTS packages like intersystem, trending, aging, and filesequence.
    • Should have knowledge of design, development, and customization (upon business request) of FRAUD detection engines and its existing configuration.
    • Should have knowledge of creation & modification of fraud rules (upon business request) of FRAUD detection engines and its existing configuration.
    • Test, maintain and recommend process improvements to ensure optimization of business process and model.
    • Work with team members to conduct root cause analysis of issues, review new and existing code and perform unit testing.
    • Identify areas and ideas to improve system/software performance and hardware optimization.
    • Knowledge of customization in COTS packages like Usage Control, Platform/Profile, Fraud detection rule engine configuration, Reconciliations/audit configuration, decoder creation/modification, Rating & Billing Validation and Case Management module. Configuration of ETL experience in COTS package is essential.
    • Knowledge of customization of DASHBOARD for representation of business data, alerts, and fraud analytics.
    • Good knowledge of oracle SQL and PL-SQL scripting.
    • Familiarity/Experience with Agile way of working, DevOps will be added advantage.
    • Good knowledge of Unix Shell Scripting & Python.
    • Well versed in documentation and communication skills.
    • Overall knowledge of the E2E application, systems & solution for RA and or FMS (Fraud Management) application
    • Technical specialist for resolving all complex & critical application issues/ challenges faced by the team.
    • Accountable for meeting & improving SLA & KPIs for their application suite.
    Responsible for driving down the L3 incidents, problem, trouble tickets, service request trends.
