Skills and Abilities
- Good written Communication and Typing Proficiency.
- Ability to speak and understand English and Hindi. Ability to write, read and speak English to
- Basic Telephone Etiquettes.
- Decision Making, numerical ability & logical reasoning.
- Customer Focus and Being Attentive.
- RMG Screening
- VETI
- Language Assessment 5.0 and +
- Typing 25 WPM and 90% Accuracy
- Operations Round (Competency Based Interview).
- Written or passage Test
- Topic should not be related to the product. Topic should cover
- Client Round.
