solutions; implementing solutions; escalating unresolved problems.

  • Fulfils requests by clarifying desired information, ensuring highest standards at all times.

Graduates/Under Graduates (Result Awaited / Final Year)

Experience Requirements

Skills and Abilities

  • Good written Communication and Typing Proficiency.
  • Ability to speak and understand English and Hindi. Ability to write, read and speak English to
suit business need.

  • Basic Telephone Etiquettes.
  • Decision Making, numerical ability & logical reasoning.
  • Customer Focus and Being Attentive.
Interview Rounds

  • RMG Screening


  • VETI

  • Language Assessment 5.0 and +
  • Typing 25 WPM and 90% Accuracy
  • Operations Round (Competency Based Interview).
  • Written or passage Test
  • Topic should not be related to the product. Topic should cover
