    Job Description :

    We are seeking a skilled SAP Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) Consultant with 2-3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations and a strong understanding of SAP VIM module :

    • Implement and configure SAP Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) solutions to meet client requirements.
    • Collaborate with clients to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
    • Design and customize VIM workflows, including invoice processing, approval routing, and exception handling.
    • Configure OCR (Optical Character Recognition) and automation tools to streamline invoice capture and processing.
    • Integrate VIM with other SAP modules (e.g., FI, MM) and third-party systems as needed.
    • Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users during implementation and post-go-live phases.
    • Develop and execute test plans to ensure the quality and functionality of VIM solutions.
    • Document configuration settings, customizations, and best practices for knowledge sharing and future reference.
    • Stay updated on SAP VIM product updates, patches, and new features.

    Requirements :

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
    • 2-3 years of hands-on experience implementing SAP VIM solutions.
    • Experience with 2-3 full lifecycle SAP S/4HANA implementations.
    • Strong understanding of SAP VIM module functionalities, including invoice processing, workflow management, and integration with SAP ERP systems.
    • Proficiency in SAP configuration, ABAP programming, and debugging techniques.
    • Knowledge of SAP Fiori/UI5 for VIM user interface enhancements is a plus.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and team members.
    • Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.

    Preferred Skills :

    • Certification in SAP Vendor Invoice Management (VIM).
    • Experience with SAP Intelligent Robotic Process Automation (IRPA) or similar automation tools.
    • Knowledge of SAP Fiori and SAPUI5 development for VIM user interface enhancements.
    • Understanding of SAP Finance (FI) and Material Management (MM) modules and their integration with VIM.
