    Description

    Job Role:
    SAP VIM Consultant (Vendor Invoice Management).


    Location:

    • Bangalore, Karnataka (Hybrid).

    Job Type:
    Fulltime.

    Experience: 10+ Years.

    Technologies (Any of these).


    • Open Text Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) implementation, rollouts, upgrade and testing and troubleshooting/support preferably VIM version 16.3 (version 7.5 at a minimum).
    • Strong expertise in VIM & ICC functionalities.
    • Ability to configure Archive Link, VIM Document types, enhance indexing screen, enhance approval class, configure chart of authority, process types and process options.
    • Experience with custom development/ extensions in VIM.
    • Experience and configuration knowledge in VIM
    • Invoice Capture Center (ICC/BCC), Open Text Archive Server and Enterprise scan tool.

    Good-to-have skill:

    • Mastery of SAP Vendor Invoice Management functionalities, including invoice capture, workflow design, and exception handling.
    • Handson SAP experience in Accounts Payable and knowledge on MM and FI modules.
    • Experience with SAP Cloud Connector for secure integration between SAP VIM and SAP S/4HANA.
    • Strong Knowledge of ITIL processes in Service management, Change management, Incident Management, , Problem Management.

    Roles & Responsibilities:

    • SAP experience in implementation / support / rollout /upgrade projects
    Drive the Production Support , maintenance and optimization of SAP VIM processes in the S/4HANA environment.

    • Configure SAP VIM to automate invoice capture, verification, and approval workflows, reducing manual effort and errors.
    • Integrate SAP VIM with SAP S/4HANA's financial modules, such as Accounts Payable and General Ledger, for seamless data flow.
    • Collaborate with procurement and finance teams to design efficient invoice processing workflows aligned with business needs.
    • Implementation of Optical Character Recognition (OCR) and data extraction technologies for automated invoice data entry.
    • Provide user training support to ensure effective utilization of SAP VIM by business users.
    • Handling the daytoday production issues and calls with the business users.
    • Gathering requirements from the business users/BPM.
    • Closely work with client counter parts and onshore team.
