    Description
    SAP VIM + Opentext

    Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage end-to-end implementation projects for SAP OpenText solutions, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
  • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand their document management needs and design optimal solutions using SAP OpenText modules.
  • Configure, customize, and enhance OpenText modules to meet specific business requirements, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.
  • Perform integrations between SAP systems and OpenText solutions, including content repository setup, archive link configuration, and data extraction.
  • Design and implement complex document management processes, workflows, and automation using SAP OpenText functionality.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior consultants, sharing your knowledge and experience in SAP OpenText.
  • Perform system administration tasks for OpenText modules, including user management, security settings, and system performance monitoring.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to OpenText configurations, integrations, and document management processes.
  • Stay updated with the latest SAP OpenText releases, functionalities, and industry trends, and provide recommendations for system improvements and optimizations.
  • Collaborate with technical teams for system upgrades, patches, and enhancements related to SAP OpenText.
  • Conduct training sessions and create documentation to support end-user training and enablement on SAP OpenText solutions.
