Protegrity

  • Perform the role of Protegrity Application Manager supporting User and Application Management requests
  • Involve in Design and Implement dataatrest protection security control using Protegrity
  • Participate in workshops with Crypto, Protegrity Vendor and other KBC Stakeholders
  • Identifies new Protegrity functionalities/enhanced capabilities and informs & investigates deployment possibilities with internal colleagues and vendors
  • Conduct Knowledge transition sessions with internal colleagues to request and use the tool effectively
  • Define the Protegrity ESA/appliance privileged & administration rights access & password policies
  • Approve/reject the Protegrity ESA/appliances privileged & administration rights access requests
  • Prepare and maintain documentation and provide required technical support during troubleshooting

Essendi

  • Perform the role of Application Manager providing 9*5 Application support
  • Approve/reject the Essendi requests in DEV & ACC pillars
  • Providing Test support for Essendi install/upgrade projects in different pillars
  • Maintain knowledge repository on prior issues/incidents and it's root cause and resolution provided
  • Coordinate with project teams in install/upgrade and implement the project successfully in the target pillars
  • Educate the Users to use the new Certificate Lifecycle management effectively and efficiently
