    Inviting applications for the role of Principal Consultant Project Manager
     In this role, we are looking for seasoned Project Manager.

    Responsibilities

    ·Ensure the delivery on time and as per SLA, process, performance and team management.

    ·Engage SMEs and project stakeholders in a timely and efficient manner. Establish, develop, and maintain effective communications strategies with internal and external stakeholders.

    ·Planning, coordinating, and directing activities to ensure that they meet the approved timeframe, scope, quality, and budget expectations.

    ·Provide leadership to the project team regarding project management methodology and best practices and establishes and maintains project documentation repositories at PMO level

    ·End to end delivery and management of project.

    ·Identifying process improvement initiatives, planning and performance management.

    ·Create business impact by automating any manual processes present in the application.

    Qualifications we seek in you
    Minimum Qualifications


    • Bachelor's degreePreferred Qualifications/ Skills


    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Handling end-to-end delivery for multiple projects at a time with an overall team size of 25+ members

    • Service Desk experience with SailPoint IAM Service desk experience
    • Should be through with the entire life cycle of ticket resolution and hands-on with tools like JIRA, ServiceNow
    • Should have lead initiatives targeted to deliver Value added services to the customer
    • Proficient in project reporting and driving delivery governance cadences
