    Description

    Job Title: Lead QA Engineer

    Position Type: Full-Time

    Position Location: Bangalore

    Experience Level: 8 - 10 years

    Responsibilities:

    • on the product roadmap and deliver Quality deliverable.
    • test scope, test strategy, authoring/review test cases and participate in all levels of testing.
    • towards automation framework development and involve in creation of automation scripts etc. Automation development involves UI, API automation work.
    • to the product releases by being part of the scrum team involved in Agile development acting as the Scrum Owner.
    • with Cross functional and stake holder's team members.
    • towards the CI/CD process in the scrum team.
    • towards performance & load testing of the products carrying out benchmarks and identifying bottlenecks.
    • & mentor a team of 2 to 3 people in the day to day activities.

    Skills/Platforms Mandatory:

    • have an excellent understanding and be proficient in all SDLC processes including Experience in preparation of Test scope, Authoring/review of test cases, Execution and Reporting.
    • have worked in Agile development using JIRA & acting as the Scrum Owner
    • with web application testing.
    • in automation framework & script development (selenium, pytest) for UI and API flows.
    • on experience with Selenium Web driver automation scripting using TestNG, reportNG frameworks.
    • knowledge of SQL and able to implement data validations.
    • experience with ANY performance testing tool using JMeter, LoadRunner etc.
    • programming knowledge (preferably Java) & ANY scripting like python, shell, Perl.
    • Knowledge on database concepts.
    • team player, interpersonal, writing, speaking, listening, analytical and trouble-shooting skills
    • have worked on products with CI/CD in place using Jenkins.

    Good to have Skills:

    • from a product company
    • experience with products using AWS infra and services is highly recommended
    • analytics domain knowledge
    • of open-source test automation tools
