Description

Test Planning and Strategy:

  • Collaborate with the development team to understand project requirements and
specifications.

  • Create comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on project
documentation.

  • Design and execute test strategies for functional, regression, integration, and
performance testing.


Test Execution:

  • Execute manual and automated tests to identify defects, usability issues, and
performance bottlenecks.

  • Record and document test results, defects, and other relevant information using issue
tracking tools.

  • Perform exploratory testing to uncover potential hidden issues within the software.

Defect Management:

  • Identify, report, and track software defects using established defect tracking processes.
  • Collaborate with developers to reproduce and understand reported issues, and verify
fixes.


Test Automation:

  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of automated test scripts to improve
testing efficiency.

  • Execute and monitor automated test suites, analyzing results and escalating issues as
necessary.


Collaboration:

  • Work closely with developers, product managers, and other team members to
understand software functionality and user requirements.

  • Participate in discussions to provide input on quality and potential risks during various
stages of the software development lifecycle.


Continuous Improvement:

  • Provide feedback on process improvements and best practices to enhance the overall
quality assurance process.

  • Stay uptodate with industry trends and emerging technologies related to software
testing.


Salary:
₹600,000.00 per year
