    Responsibilities:

    • Perform cleaning and housekeeping duties in the assigned Place of Work.
    • Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in guest rooms and public areas.
    • Provide a courteous, professional, and flexible service to our customers.
    • Follow standard operating procedures for cleaning and hygiene.

    Qualifications:

    • Ideally, possess a relevant diploma or professional certification in Hospitality or Tourism management.
    • Previous experience in resort/hotel operations is a plus but not required for fresher applicants.
    • Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills are a must.
    • Ability to work independently with little or no supervision while maintaining high-performance standards.
