Client Overview: We are a leading streaming company, providing a diverse range of entertainment content to our global audience. With a commitment to innovation and customer satisfaction, we are seeking a highly skilled AI/ML Engineer to join our dynamic team and contribute to the growth and success of our streaming platform. Note: Client's platform is similar to Netflix, Amazon prime, Hulu and other services in North America.

Job Responsibilities:

Content Analysis:

Utilize machine learning algorithms to analyze streaming trends, user preferences, and content popularity.
Develop models to identify patterns in user behavior, viewing habits, and engagement metrics.

Generative AI Models:

Design and implement generative AI models to predict content trends based on factors such as ratings, awards, and cultural relevance.
Create algorithms that generate recommendations for new content investments to maximize profitability.

Data Collection and Processing:

Collaborate with data engineers to gather and preprocess large datasets from various sources, ensuring data accuracy and reliability.
Implement robust data pipelines to support ongoing analysis and model training.

Real-time Monitoring:

Develop systems for real-time monitoring of user interactions and content consumption, providing actionable insights for immediate business decisions.

Collaboration:

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, content creators, and business stakeholders, to understand business objectives and align AI/ML strategies.

Model Optimization:

Continuously optimize and refine machine learning models to improve accuracy, efficiency, and relevance of content recommendations.

Stay Updated on Industry Trends:

Stay informed about advancements in AI/ML technologies, streaming industry trends, and emerging market opportunities to provide strategic insights.

Technical Skills:

Advanced Machine Learning:

Expertise in deploying advanced machine learning algorithms, particularly in TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.

Model Deployment:

Hands-on experience deploying scalable and high-performance machine learning models in production environments.

Algorithm Optimization:

Strong proficiency in optimizing machine learning algorithms for efficiency, speed, and resource utilization.

Natural Language Processing (NLP):

In-depth knowledge of NLP techniques, specializing in text analysis, sentiment analysis, and language understanding.

Big Data Technologies:

Proficient in handling and processing large datasets using big data technologies like Data bricks.

Cloud Platforms:

Extensive experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP, including setting up and managing machine learning infrastructure in the cloud. (AWS preferred)

Database Management:

Solid understanding of database systems, particularly in handling streaming and real-time data

Version Control:

Proficient in Git for collaborative development and code management.

CI/CD (Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment):

Experience in establishing CI/CD pipelines for automated testing, integration, and deployment of machine learning models.

Qualifications:

Required:
Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
5+ years of experience, 2+ years in ML or Data science experience
Proven experience in developing and deploying machine learning models in a production environment.
Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, and experience with relevant libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.).
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Strong collaborative and interpersonal skills.
