Responsibilities:


  • Focus on covering infrastructure sectors as a key area of expertise.
  • Execute M&A and capital raising deals from initial pitching to deal closure.
  • Act as the primary interface with clients at senior levels during deal execution.
  • Support the ideation process within the sector to generate business development (BD) ideas and prepare pitch decks.
  • Participate in BD pitches and engage with clients during deal execution.
  • Provide mentorship to junior and midlevel team members.

Job Requirements:


  • Strong deal execution skills, including building robust financial models and creating highquality pitch books, Confidential Information Memorandums (CIMs), and other client collateral using PowerPoint.
  • Prior experience in successfully closing deals in Investment Banking, specifically in M&A or capital raising.
  • Preferred knowledge of the real estate and hospitality verticals, covering various asset classes such as residential, commercial, REITs, industrial, and hospitality.
  • Proficiency in client management at senior levels.
  • Analytical mindset and approach.
