**Job Role:
- *
  • Responsible for achieving monthly business generation plan through retail painting sites
  • Cold calling to sites and converting into business Ensure daily achievement of
  • Site visits, dealer visit & contractor visits as per target Handling 5080 Painters to ensure they use at all of their sites
  • Driving Painter Loyalty by handling different category of Painters through their engagement on app
  • Ensure to all painters using Loyalty app with monthly token scanning Ensure painter wise monthly Participation as per target
  • Daily operational Reporting to TMO for their plan vs achievement KPI and to take corrective action wherever required.
  • Conduct Painter meets as per requirement
  • Ensure all scheme communication to painter and ensure their reward redemption on time
  • Handle Painters/contractor complaints related to scheme gratifications New Product Launch/Go to market plan execution at Painters/contractor point

Salary Budget:

  • **Up to 18 K CTC PM + Allowances + Quarterly incentive
