    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a visionary Head of Digital Marketing to lead our digital transformation initiatives and drive the growth of our digital footprint. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a passion for education and innovation. This role involves leading our digital marketing team, crafting digital marketing strategies, and ensuring our online presence supports our growth and educational objectives.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Digital Strategy Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that aligns with our educational goals and brand identity.
    • Leadership: Lead and mentor the digital marketing team to achieve exceptional performance and foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
    • Brand Management: Enhance Makoons Group of Schools' brand visibility and reputation through various digital channels, ensuring consistent messaging and branding across all platforms.
    • Content Creation and Management: Oversee the creation of engaging and informative content that resonates with our target audience, including parents, students, and educators.
    • SEO and SEM: Implement effective SEO and SEM strategies to increase website visibility and drive targeted traffic.
    • Social Media Management: Lead social media strategies to engage with our community, promote our educational programs, and showcase our success stories.
    • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed to optimize results.
    • Innovation: Stay abreast of the latest digital marketing trends and technologies, and implement innovative solutions to enhance our digital presence.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 8 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
    • Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices.
    • Experience with SEO/SEM, data analytics, social media, and content management.
    • Experience with SEO/SEM Paid Marketing & running ads on Facebook and Google.
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Creative thinker with a passion for education and innovation.
