Job Summary:


Telecallers, also known as telemarketers or customer service representatives, play a crucial role in reaching out to potential customers or existing clients via telephone calls.

They are responsible for promoting products or services, conducting market research, and providing excellent customer service.

Telecallers are expected to engage in effective communication, handle inquiries, and contribute to the overall success of the sales or customer service team.


Key Responsibilities:

Outbound Calls:Initiate outbound calls to potential customers based on provided leads.

Present products or services to prospects and explain their features and benefits.
Follow scripts and talking points to maintain consistency in communication.

Inbound Calls:Answer incoming calls from customers and address their inquiries or concerns. Provide information about products, services, and promotions. Assist customers in placing orders or resolving issues.

Customer Engagement:Build rapport with customers through effective communication. Understand customer needs and tailor sales pitches accordingly. Upsell or cross-sell products and services to maximize sales opportunities.

Market Research:Conduct market research to identify potential leads and gather information on competitors. Document and report customer feedback to improve products or services.

Data Entry and Documentation:Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions. Enter relevant information into databases or customer relationship management (CRM) systems.

Achieve Targets:Meet or exceed daily, weekly, or monthly sales targets. Strive to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) set by the organization.

Professionalism:Demonstrate a professional and positive attitude in all interactions.

Adhere to company policies and guidelines.

Training and Development:Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and communication techniques. Seek opportunities for personal and professional development.


Qualifications and Skills:


  • High school, diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience as a telecaller or in a similar customer service/sales role (preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to follow scripts and adapt communication style to different customer profiles.
  • Basic computer skills, including data entry and familiarity with CRM software.
  • Goaloriented and selfmotivated.
  • Ability to handle rejection and remain resilient.
  • Strong problemsolving skills and a customerfocused mindset.

₹108, ₹180,000.00 per year
