    Job Description:

    Our client is Manufacturing of Pharma machinery, Pharma Process equipment plant solution with wide range of products in Pharma and Healthcare industry.

    Role Purpose:

    Person should have strong in area of After Market/After Sales & Service role with skill & Knowledge with Business and customer centric approach.

    Job Requirements

    Exp- 10+ Years with Strong operational and cost focus based proven track record of work experience in similar role. Customer centric approach. Handling of team of more than 5-10 people.

    Qualification – Engineering background with Business & customer centric mindset.

    Job location- Vadodara, Gujarat

    Industry Prefer: From similar Pharma equipment /Pharma machinery /Pharma process equipment plant solution.

    Key Responsibilities

    • After sales & service business for Pharma India with Service sales, Field Service, and Installation & commissioning sub organizations.
    • for Service sales & order intake (Business volume approx. 3mio & increasing), review hot prospects, sales/courtesy visits to customers.
    • for review & monitoring of Field service activity
    • for review & monitoring of Installation & commissioning team. Ensure project site completion on time.
    • for customer centricity & customer reach within APAC region as well as other business regions.
    • team of 20 FTEs (Direct & Indirect reports) & 2 dotted org reports
    • resource planning, team member's training & development plans subject to business need.
    • with GEA global counter parts for spares, service of Europe supplied machines & other supports.
    • data for management reporting.
    • spares business & upgrade projects with new initiatives/innovations E.g., Automation upgrade, Batch hopper upgrade, Process upgrades, Duct washing upgrades for the existing customers.
    • MC4 to MC5 upgrades for compression machines for existing customers.
    • global OSD sites for service & upgrade projects e.g., GRAL, Single Pot processors etc.
    • with internal stake holders e.g., Procurement, Projects, sales, supply chain, manufacturing etc.
    • of CRM system in AFS India
    • responsibility of Automation team & support/guidance for localization initiatives, new requirement implementation
