Graphic Designer

Job Description:

A Graphic Designer is a creative professional responsible for conceptualizing and creating visual assets that communicate ideas, messages, and information effectively across various platforms and mediums.

They collaborate closely with clients, stakeholders, and team members to develop compelling designs that meet project objectives and align with brand standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Conceptualization and Design: Develop innovative and visually appealing graphic designs, including logos, branding materials, marketing collateral, advertisements, social media graphics, website layouts, and other visual assets.
Creative Collaboration: Collaborate with clients, marketing teams, copywriters, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements, brainstorm ideas, and develop design concepts that effectively communicate the intended message or story.
Design Software Proficiency: Utilize industrystandard graphic design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Sketch, or other relevant tools, to create highquality designs with precision and efficiency.
Adaptability and Flexibility: Adapt designs to different mediums and formats, including print, digital, and multimedia platforms. Stay updated on design trends, techniques, and emerging technologies to continuously improve and innovate.
Feedback and Revisions: Solicit feedback from clients, stakeholders, and team members throughout the design process and incorporate revisions and suggestions effectively. Maintain open communication and a collaborative approach to achieve desired outcomes.
Time Management and Prioritization: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines consistently. Work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail and quality standards.
File Management and Organization: Maintain organized files and folders for design assets, including source files, exported files, and project documentation. Follow best practices for file naming, version control, and asset management to facilitate collaboration and future revisions.
Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough quality checks and proofreading to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines before finalizing and delivering design assets to clients or stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related field. Additional certifications or coursework in graphic design software and techniques are a plus.
5 years of professional experience in graphic design roles, preferably in a creative agency, marketing department, or design studio.
Proficiency in graphic design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Sketch, or similar tools.
Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, styles, and techniques across different mediums and platforms.
Creative thinking ability, with a keen eye for detail, composition, typography, and color theory.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, take initiative, and adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
Understanding of print production processes, web design principles, and multimedia design concepts.
Familiarity with HTML/CSS, animation, video editing, or other multimedia skills is a plus.

Pay:
₹10, ₹34,970.34 per month
