    Job Title: SalesforceTechnoFunctionalConsultant

    ExpRange: 45Years

    Location:Bangalore Whitefield

    Responsiblefor taking ownership and driving functional and technical changesand maintaining

    Salesforce. The role requiresboth technical expertise and a deep understanding of businessprocesses.

    Collaborating closely with businessstakeholders to understand and document business requirements

    design and configure the system ensuringalignment with business needs andscalability.

    Responsibilities:

    • RequirementsGathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understandbusiness requirements related to Salesforceimplementation.
    • System Design andConfiguration: Design and configure Salesforce solutions based onidentified business requirements leveraging declarative tools andcustomization. Ability to configure Roles Profiles Permission SetsSharing Rules Public Groups etc. Creation of new Objects FieldsValidation Rules Page layouts Lookup relationships etc. Configureapproval processes reports anddashboards.
    • Custom Development: Lead customdevelopment efforts (building complex workflows lightning appbuilding customizing experience cloud configuring/creatingnotifications) ensuring alignment with businessneeds.
    • Integration Management: Develop andmanage integrations between Salesforce and other enterprisesystems.
    • Data Management: Understand data flowstructure and mapping. Ensuring data integrity andcompleteness.
    • Testing and Quality Assurance:Develop and execute test plans to ensure the quality of Salesforcesolutions troubleshoot issues and coordinate user acceptancetesting.
    • User Training and Support: Conductuser training sessions and provide ongoing support to ensure thesuccessful adoption of Salesforce within theorganization.
    • Documentation: Create andmaintain comprehensive documentation of Salesforce configurationscustomizations integrations andprocesses.
    • Collaboration: Collaborate withcrossfunctional teams to optimize the use of Salesforce in variousbusiness processes.
    • Stay Informed: Stay abreastof the latest Salesforce features updates and best practices tocontinuously enhance systemcapabilities
    • Qualifications:
      Bachelorsdegree in computer science Information Systems or a relatedfield.
    • Salesforce Certified Administrator andSalesforce Certified Platform App Builder will bepreferred.
    • Proven experience as a SalesforceTechnoFunctional Consultant in a similar role. Good understandingof Salesforce Sales Cloud Service Cloud Pardot (Marketing Cloud)and Experience Cloud.
    • Experience in visualbasic coding.
    • Experience with Lightningcomponents and the Salesforce Lightningplatform.
    • Strong understanding of Salesforceconfigurations customizations and integrationconcepts.
    • Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills.
    • Ability to translatebusiness requirements into technicalsolutions.
    • Certification of Salesforce SalesCloud or Service Cloud will be anadvantage
