    Description

    Roles: Manager- Technology Strategy - Enterprise Architect



    Experience: 8 to 15 years



    Location: Gurugram



    Must have:



    • Enterprise Architecture
    • Microservices Architecture
    • TOGAF
    • DODAF


    Job Description:


    • Identifying, assessing, and solving complex business problems, evaluating varied factors
    • Overseeing the production and implementation of solutions across multiple cloud technologies
    • Helping clients design, architect, and scale their journey towards new technology-driven growth
    • Modernizing IT landscape and processes to adapt to the latest technology trends
    • Integrating large-scale systems involving on-premises technology and public cloud platforms
    • Driving enterprise business, application, and integration architecture
    • Implementing programs to prepare the organization for new business processes
    • Traveling within India or overseas for client projects

    Skills/Experience/Requirement:


    • Minimum of 5 years' consulting experience or Technical background with Enterprise Architecture experience
    • Exposure to recognized EA frameworks like TOGAF, DODAF
    • Good working knowledge of Business Architecture, Application Architecture, Security Architecture, and more
    • Understanding of technology stack from infrastructure to business logic and applications
    • Passion for technology trends like Mobility, Cloud, Digital, Collaboration
    • Knowledge of Enterprise Architecture tools such as Alfabet, Mega, and Troux
    • Strong understanding of Banking and Financial Services industry operations
    • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
    • Effective communication of abstract concepts in verbal, written, and visual forms
    • Ability to translate between technical and business language
    • Recognizing structural issues within organizations and collaborating in a distributed environment

    • Driving C-suite/senior leadership level discussions
    • Knowledge of technology trends and their application to address real-world problems
    • Experience in deal shaping, formulating proposals, and Technology Strategy/Advisory sales

    • Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills to convey value propositions
    • Developing high-impact thought leadership for the market
