    Description
    Design of Enterprise Architecture and multi-year IT transformation/delivery roadmaps qualifying strategic business opportunities

    • Ability to liaise with senior client Business-IT stakeholders to understand business drivers, requirements, solutions strategies, and alternatives being considered and implemented
    • Develop industry leading Digital/IT enterprise architecture principles, reference models, policies, standards, and leading practices for client technology organizations
    • Continuously research, identify and assess new and emerging Digital/IT enterprisewide solutions, services, methods, and technologies and evaluate potential suitability/relevance for clients.
    • Ability to define and establish architecture governance mechanisms and controls for clients by clearly articulating architecture decision checkpoints
    • Additionally, any consulting experience in IT / Digital will be good, though optional for this role.

    YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS) :

    • 12+ years of experience specializing in technology architecture, solution architecture & standards
    • Deep knowledge of reference Digital/IT enterprise architecture and solutions in 1 or 2 specific sectors (e.g., Financial Services, Retail, Telco, etc.)
    • 6+ years of experience in customerfacing solution architect role or delivery lead role in largescale transformation programs
    • Knowledge of leading Enterprise Architecture methodologies and tools; handson experience desired in Agile methods as well
    • Knowledge of cloudnative technology stack, enterprisegrade data platforms, and API management tools
    • Relevant industry certifications (TOGAF, ITIL, Scrum, AWS, Google Cloud, etc.) desired
    • Team player with a positive attitude in a group dynamic; flexible and ability to propose innovative ideas
    • Multicultural competence and experience working in multiple geographies and global clients
    • Open to travel and work at global client locations
