- This role will focus on the production of presentations, templates, and collateral support in accordance with Riveron's brand guidelines.
- Create visually compelling presentation decks using MS PPT that clearly communicate the intended messaging. Examples include graphics/images design, presentation design layout and formatting, client presentation.
- Source relevant information from internal repositories and customize as per the requirements.
- Proofread documents for typographical errors and inconsistencies in layout.
- Responsible for the team's client service excellence.
- Prioritize and manage all the projects by providing strategic guidance whenever required.
- Function as the 1st level escalation and communication point for the onshore team.
- Responsible for the periodic reports depicting the team's progress and productivity.
- Proven experience working on professional presentations and sales materials.
- Creative capacity to translate key messages into graphic design solutions and visually attractive documents.
- Expertise in MS Office applications e.g. PowerPoint, Word, Excel.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to communicate and collaborate effectively at all levels including management, end-users, and project teams.
- Strong editing and proofreading skills, to ensure published content is accurate and of very high quality.
- Knowledge of best practices for page layout, typography, color, navigation, and information design.
- Ability to collaborate in a fast-paced environment, and work with short deadlines whilst multitasking.
- Experience in managing teams/clients across time zones and cultures.
- College/University education, preferably a graphic design related qualification.
