    Description

    Job Description

    Bachelor's degree/ post graduate degree (MBA/MCOM/CMA/CA Inter) from an accredited university.

    5+ years of experience in US Individual Taxation and US Corporate Taxation.

    strong technical knowledge of US Individual (Form ), Corporate Tax returns (Form , form and S), and Trust returns (Form ) to handle the team.

    Strong communications skills both written and verbal.

    strong people management and leadership skills

    Analysis of client provided data (including handwritten information, information provided in PDF and word documents, identifying duplicate documents etc.)

    Responsible of preparing tax preparation guidelines and various training materials for training to new team members as per recent changes by IRS every year

    Review of US Individual (form ), Corporate Tax returns (Form , form and S), and Trust returns (Form )

    Responsible for planning, recruitment and training new staff on both theoretical and software

    Manage day to day client deliverables and take necessary follow ups.

    Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures, external regulations and information security standards.

    Work on the feedback received from client and improve on quality.
