As a Business Development Associate at BeyondWalls, you will play a pivotal role in our growth strategy. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth. Your primary focus will be on expanding our client base and creating partnerships within the real estate industry.


Key Responsibilities:

Prospect and Generate Leads: Identify potential clients and partners through research, networking, and outreach efforts. Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities.

Client Engagement: Initiate and manage relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and pain points. Present BeyondWalls' services and solutions effectively.

Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitors to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.

Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement business development strategies and campaigns.

Proposal Development: Prepare and present compelling proposals, including project scopes, timelines, and pricing structures.

Negotiation and Closing: Lead negotiations, overcome objections, and secure contracts. Achieve and exceed sales targets.

Relationship Management: Foster long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.

Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client communications, and opportunities within our CRM system.

Feedback Loop: Provide valuable insights and feedback from clients to the product and marketing teams to help improve our services.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record in business development, sales, or a related role.
  • Understanding of the real estate industry is a plus.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Selfmotivated and resultsdriven.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and thrive in a fastpaced environment.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
