Job Description
We are hiring for Business Analyst for prestigious German MNC specializing in the Ophthalmic Industry for Bangalore location .

The Company is renowned for pioneering advancements in eye care, are committed to enhancing vision health and improving lives globally.

Purpose of the Job:

Responsible for collecting, processing and analysis of large volume of data to drive actionable insights and

support business decision making.

Identify new sources of data and/or to prepare the data for analysis
Develop and process new data streams / pipelines, implement new processes and tools to enable

standardized sales KPI reporting by geographies, products, customers, and FSEs

Main Tasks:

Integrate data from multiple systems to provide actionable insights for strategic decision making.
Build and improve process automation that will gear the reporting and insights capabilities.

Responsible for helping businesses leverage data, spot trends, and identify opportunities for improvement.
They take information, visualize it, and systematically evaluate it in order to generate businessrelevant knowledge
Uses business intelligence data and tools to identify and monitor current and potential customers
Summarizes data reports for review by executives, managers, clients, and stakeholders
Strong reporting skills to present insights concisely
Work closely with crossfunctional teams, including sales operation analyst and commercial analysts, to

understand their data requirements and develop data integration solutions to facilitate smooth data flow
between systems.

Translate the business needs to concrete data use cases and prototypes.
Develop and maintain scalable and efficient data pipelines to ingest, transform, and store structured and

unstructured data from various sources.

Build and maintain processes to efficiently extract data from multiple sources, transform it into the desired

format to be used for insight generation.

Monitor data pipelines, databases, and other datarelated systems to proactively identify and resolve

issues.

Document processes, workflows, and best practices. Collaborate effectively with team members, IT and

other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Coordinate, validate, reconcile sales data in collaboration with the various business functions.
Continuous improvement mindset by identifying and implementing enhancements to existing analytics

tools, databases, data collection methods, statistical methods, technology, and training methods.

Requirements

Education:

Bachelors degree in Science/Engineering/Business Administration/MBA or equivalent degree preferred

Work Experience:

At least 4 years of experience
Has worked in multicultural and matrix/multisites working environments
Experience in SAP, Excel, Power BI, Advanced Excel etc

Specific Knowledge:

Possess good oral and written communication skills
Good data management, analytical and BI skills
