Description
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering or equivalent experience.- Prior Admin experience
- Experience supporting Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Commerce Cloud, Field Service Lightning, Community Cloud and/ CPQ
- Efficient in using Lightning Process Builder, Flow Builder, Chatter and Quick Action
- Hands on experience using Salesforce APIs and 3rdparty integration using integration techniques REST, SOAP APIs, Auth and Single Sign-On
- Experience supporting B2B Commerce, payment gateways and product offerings
- Certifications: Salesforce platform (Admin 201 or 301 certifications preferred)
